Building an immersive brand inspired by Pandora

Tanhì Mist is a sparkling water brand inspired by the bioluminescent landscapes of Pandora. The goal was to translate that glowing, otherworldly atmosphere into a cohesive brand system that feels immersive, expressive, and visually distinct.

Rather than focusing on a single deliverable, I approached this project as a complete experience. Every element was designed to work together, from packaging to promotional materials, creating a unified and recognizable identity.

01  OVERVIEW

Expanding a product into a full visual world

This project explores how a brand can move beyond a single product and become a complete visual system. The focus was on creating an identity that feels immersive while remaining clear and consistent across different formats.

Each component was designed to connect, allowing the brand to feel cohesive while still offering variation through color and composition.
02 THE CHALLENGE

Balancing expressive visuals with structure

The main challenge was managing a visually intense concept without losing clarity. The use of glowing elements, gradients, and layered compositions had to be carefully controlled to avoid overwhelming the design.

I focused on building a system that felt bold yet structured, ensuring consistency across packaging, campaigns, and physical applications.
03 VISUAL IDENTITY

Designing a glowing, bioluminescent system

The visual identity draws from luminous environments, using gradients, glowing accents, and organic shapes to create an immersive look.

Each flavor is represented through its own color variation while still fitting into a unified system. Clean typography and structured layouts help balance the expressive visuals.
04  PACKAGING  SYSTEM

Creating consistency across every detail

The packaging system was designed to unify all flavors while allowing each one to stand out. Each can follows the same structure, with variation introduced through color and composition.

This creates a cohesive system that works both individually and as a complete set.
05  BOX DESIGN

Extending the identity into multi pack design

The multi pack design brings all flavors together into one cohesive composition. It adapts the same visual language from the cans while adjusting layout and hierarchy for a larger format.

The result maintains consistency while strengthening the overall brand presence.
06  CAMPAIGN

Translating the brand into promotional moments

Campaign materials extend the identity through social and print advertisements. These designs focus on lighting, composition, and color to create visually engaging moments.

Each piece reinforces the brand while allowing for variation, keeping the system consistent without feeling repetitive.
07  MERCH

Bringing the brand into everyday experiences

The merchandise translates the identity into wearable and physical items such as tote bags and hoodies. These designs simplify the visual system while maintaining the core look and feel.

This allows the brand to exist beyond the product and become part of everyday use.
08 REFLECTION

Bringing everything together

Tanhì Mist became a cohesive and immersive brand system that balances expressive visuals with structure. Each element works together to create a unified experience across all touchpoints.The final result shows how a strong concept can scale across multiple applications while maintaining clarity and consistency.

Reflection:
This project pushed me to find the balance between bold design and restraint. I learned how important it is to control visual energy so the system remains cohesive rather than overwhelming. If I were to continue developing this project, I would explore motion and interactive elements to further enhance the immersive experience.
